  You will learn what YOU need to eat for YOUR body based on YOUR schedule to get the results you want. We keep the nutrition simple. No overpriced shakes or impossible to follow meal plans with exotic ingredients, just real delicious food. Don’t worry we give you tons of ideas for food.
Kickboxing
We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you’re not being held accountable to someone only YOU know if you did, or did not, workout. 

It’s way easier to make excuses to ourselves, in our own heads, than to our coach. Our entire focus is on getting you results. That’s why we do the most consistent and extensive progress tracking with our clients. 

That way, we always know what’s working and what’s not. You can expect us to take before and after pics (don't be scared) and for us to take measurements regularly.

What Is The Fee For This Challenge?
Your fee is 1 payment of $197, or TWO payment of $99 (space is limited, this program fills up fast) and what's great about the challenge is if you are not satisfied for whatever reason you can request a full refund within the first 3 weeks.
Who Is The Challenge For?
Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. Our trainers will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some have specific dietary needs, some have 100 pounds to lose
What if I my schedule changes weekly?
We get it! In fact about a 1/3 of our clients here have schedules that change on daily (we have a lot of nurses for example), we have 4 locations and 11 class times each day, you can attend any class time you would like. This way your not held to a slot that you may not always make.
What is The Nutrition Plan Like??
We teach you how to eat real food. We will help you kick the junk and craft easy, delicious recipes the whole family will enjoy. We lay out exactly how to eat.
What are the classes like?
Would you believe they are NOT classes; more like groups of your best friends working out together.

Our trainers will encourage and motivate you and use tough love when needed.
Is Your Gym Like Crossfit?
Crossfit is a sport and if your interest is that then you're going to have better success at a Crossfit box.

What if I have another trip or vacation planned??
College Football is here and the Holidays are right around the corner so you may have a trip or vacation scheduled and that's perfectly cool!

You will NOT lose that time that you are gone, instead we just make it up when you get back.
